To configure the Mac OS X Address Book so thatit synchronizes with your Exchange Contacts:

  1. In Address Book, from the Address Book menu, selectPreferences.. , and then click the General tab.
  2. Check Synchronize with Exchange, and then clickExchange.. (Mac OS X 10.5) or Configure.. (Mac OSX 10.4).
  3. In the sheet that appears, enter your IU Network ID.Next to 'Outlook Web Access Server:', enter:

    Replace username with your username. To keep yourContacts regularly synchronized, check Synchronize everyhour. Click OK.

When synchronization has completed, you will be able to access yourContacts from Address Book or any application that uses AddressBook information (e.g., Mac OS X Mail).
